DANGEROUS DANIKA

Now up to version 0.3!

Version 0.4 will put in arcade version.

GET YOU NAME IN THE CREDITS! I need testers on this game.

Please notify me if you wish to help so I know how many people I have.

If you can test each level and give me feedback on balance issues and how hard is each level (I would like the game on a steady curve, I don't want levels too much harder or easier than the level before).

If you find a level too easy or too hard then feedback on how to improve it would be appreciated.

Feedback is MORE than welcome, I need this game to work before I put it out.

A puzzle game where you need to get to the exit.

Arrow keys to move, M to turn music on/off.

Would like feedback on each level on how hard/easy it was.

My 4 year old daughter has played it a lot so I think it's okay for all ages. She finds levels hard but I find them too easy (then again I designed the levels so of course I find them easy!).

5.1mb file. Currently 30 levels smile.png

All feedback/criticism welcome on ANY part of the game (graphics/sounds/levels e.t.c) - especially if you find a level that is too easy or too hard!

I have tested the first three Australia levels and I feel they are well designed in terms of difficulty.
The graphics don't appeal to me much.

Also, I found a bug. Whenever I pressed 'M' this would happen:

I will test it a bit more tomorrow and give you some feedback.

The levels themselves weren't hard per se, it was discovering the game's inner workings and mechanics that proved challenging.

First off, took a while until I realized there were harpoons I could use to defeat enemies (yay!).

More importantly, I'm always a bit unsure about what rules govern the enemy AI. What distance is safe? They seem to start chasing after me at different ranges.

Also, once they do, even if I manage to get far ahead, they no longer assume their "patrol routes" which was a bit surprising.

I'm also still not sure exactly how grass affects their movement pattenrs (specifically, the grass I've "eaten").

Otherwise, looks interesting!
