I would need a game dictionary, 10000+ words in a bunch of languages (google can translate webpages so i bet i could spend a few months implementing some sort of AI stuff for language selection in the engine

I think you're seriously underestimating the difficulty of doing this. Google has spent thousands (if not millions) of man hours working on text translation and voice recognition, and the results are barely adequate for most tasks. The chances of one person being able to do better on their own are next to zero.
