What jobs title and skills should I hire for my company to get started?
I am right now planning to hire 4-5 people.
1- Project manager
2-Android programmer
3- 3d Graphist
4- 2d Graphist
for Sounds and Music I am planning to hire freelancers and I work base on projects with them but I am planning to hire full time employee for above titles.
The games that i am planning this team develope for my company, would be normal android games such as field runner, air attack ..., Nothing fancy like Asphalt or EA sport games
What skills each job title need ? , I think 1-2 and 3 needs to be able to fully work with unity engine, Please advice me.

You hire to meet your needs. If you need someone who has a specific skill, then you hire or contract out to meet those needs.
Tom is right that if you don't know what skills are lacking then you probably don't have the experience necessary to make a successful business. However, let us assume you still want to continue the venture without that experience. After all, many successful business people are able to buy and manage businesses in fields they are minimally familiar with...
If you don't know what skills are lacking then you first need to hire someone with enough experience to know what skills are lacking. That person (not you) will run the business, doing the work of first identifying and then hiring or contracting the people with the missing skills.

^^ This. The first person you should hire or contract is somebody who can advise you on your team needs and what your project staffing requirements should be.
Frankly, what you need first: A game idea.
If you're planning to make the next Titanfall for mobile, your list will not cut it. If you're doing a point&click-like adventure you need a professional storyteller and more 2d artists. If you're doing just another Tetris clone, go solo.

The chicken, or the egg? A game idea is not a business idea. Stephen Covey's 2nd "habit" -- "Begin with the end in mind." The "end" for any game business is to make money from the game.

You need a *plan* first. What market, what game, what marketing, ...? Also: You don't have anyone promoting your final product in your list. Games (rarely) sell themselves...
