Where do i download the header files/SDK for OpenGL? X_X direct link if possible

They come with your compiler. There is no SDK. NVidia has what it calls an "NVidia OpenGL SDK," but it isn''t the official OpenGL SDK or anything.

maybe if u read two or three nehe tutorials you would notice that at the top of all of the programs is:
#include
#include
and some use
#include
don't forget to link the libraries
