I am reading the Big C++ text 2nd edition by cay horstmann and timothy budd. I am also doing the programming exercises in the back of the chapter. this is a very good text I would highly recommend it for any would be programmer.

It looks like a very good book. To weigh in, it's also a tad expensive.

yes I know it cost me $130
