Hi guys

Bit of a forum noob here, but I wanted to ask if any of you subscribe to stuff like Sound On Sound (in the UK) or Mix Magazine (which I saw got a mention earlier)? I recently picked up a subscription to SOS, and, although it has very little about audio for games, it's got a tonne of great stuff about new equipment, mix rescues, pretty good gear reviews, sound libraries etc.

I've found it extremely useful even though I've only seen three of four issues - does anyone else pick up a real magazine on the regular or do you get most of your audio info from the web?

Computer Music looks really good! Are any of the plugins they give away any good?

Many of them are - just be warned that in some cases the plug ins are either LE or trial versions. But for each issue there's usually at least a few full versions thrown in as well.
