Is there a good book on model programming? Like, how to use ms3D models, md2 models, 3Ds models, etc. in your games. I''d really like to master their formats. Thanks!

Read Brett Porters MS3D tuts on nehe.gamedev.net and rsn.gamedev.net

These should teach you everything you''ll need to work with MS3D, as well as teaching you enough general info so you can use other types of files after a quick look at their formats. wotsit is a god source of file format descriptions.

Oh yeah, ShiningKnights game tuts show a good way of using MD2''s as well.

There''d really be no point in anyone writing a book on this, cos it''d be obsolite within a year and a half (well, as soon as carmack''s next gen comes along).
