I have seriously underestimated the power of numbness in my index finger.

This afternoon, an hour ago, I noticed my right hand is tingling. Now, I can't seem to type well with my right hand, without the fear I may lose my fingers. Right now, I'm resting my right hand, for who knows how long. I can't work on my projects anymore. :(

My left hand seems to be okay, and I'm typing this post with it. Anyone here has ever experienced a sudden tingling within a short timespan?

experience numbness, tingling, or burning sensations in the thumb and fingers, in particular the index, middle fingers, and radial half of the ring fingers, which are innervated by the median nerve. Less-specific symptoms may include pain in the wrists or hands and loss of grip strength.

Sounds like you might be developing carpal tunnel, unfortunately sad.png Wait until tomorrow and go seek medical advice if it doesn't get any better.

Ok. I'll wait.
I had really bad carpel tunnel as a kid when ultima online was new. Couldn't sleep my wrists burned so bad. It eventually went away after a break. I find sitting for periods of time with my wrist in a shitty position can start that burn.

Maybe change the height of your chair/table or a new mouse/keyboard.
Update:

The tingling feeling is gone. I do not feel anything bad afterwards. I guess it's a fair warning for me, to learn how to take breaks when necessary. I have just changed only the table height and chair height. It now feels right.

I'll continue to monitor th situation, in case it comes back.
