I wanted to gather general feedback for this:

The demo is not yet available but I attempt to gather a couple of artists to also fill its content.

You might be interested in the games "Dofus" (tactical MMOG) and "Final Fantasy Tactics". They're similar to what you're describing. Also, it looks like your game design is heavily influenced by Pokemon.
