I was reading this on Gamasutra: http://www.mediafire.com/?wzu3ocwv8mst628. And I was wondering if you could avoid the problems they mentioned just by adding a notice on your website, and in the beginning of your game like "Our company does not endorse terrorism in any way, this is merely a fictional scenario" type of thing. Otherwise we're stuck with only being able to do army vs. army games, and not anything interesting like Rainbow Six Patriots. And is that law already in effect? And what about selling your game in Arabic speaking countries in the Middle East? The article brought that up too.
