Hey

I'm wondering what tool i need to use to cut my object in line with a reference grid have created underneath.

I need to slice it up into the parts for rendering with my camera as my game engine uses tile based graphics. How would i do this?

Whats the simplest method for me to do this ? As i have no idea how isometric game developers do it =/

I typically render the whole object or set at once, then use a script tool to snip out the various tiles from the final rendered image. Much easier than trying to apply a bunch of CSG operations to the 3D object to cut it up that way.

Argh i worked out a method in the end i just cut it down to just 90 degree then rotate it for each render (well twice) i then flipped horizontally in an image editor to finish off the other 2 corners.
