I use to make up an alphabet system with my friends back in middleschool - highschool when we swapped noted around in class. That way, the teacher never knew what we would talk about. We took a step further a replaced certain letters like 'C' with a 'K' and removing 'Q' entirely so not only was the alphabet we used smaller, but harder to easily decipher. There was no real reason for removing the letter really accept to "be so cool and awesome" at the time.
Needless to say we were dorks.
Then the friend of mine who I made it with became popular (rich parents).
Then he hung out with the "cool kids" (who has roughly 1% original personality) that everyone tried to be like.
Then he got into some nasty stuff and parties.
Then he went to college in Florida.
Never heard from him since.
Moral of the story: Inventing a glyph-like alphabet will make you popular and force you to move to Florida.
I'm that imaginary number in the parabola of life.
