One of my biggest concerns about getting a gamedev job is that it is a sausagefest. Dudes. Everywhere. All day. Am I wrong about this? How do people deal with this?

One of my biggest concerns about getting a gamedev job is that it is all Dudes. No women. All day.
1. Am I wrong about this?
2. How do people deal with this?
1. Yes. You are wrong about this. There are women in the game industry. Yes, they are a minority, but there are women in the industry. It's a well-known fact that more men than women work in this field. Some smaller companies may not have any female team members.
2. People do their jobs. If they want to be around people other than the people at work, they can do that after work hours.
And why was this posted in a technical forum? Moving to Breaking In.
