Problem...
Any opengl program I try to do I get a "Unable to create OpenGL rendering context." error. Anyonw know why??? Could it be that my sucky voodoo3 video card doesnt agree... Since for games if you have voodoo3 or older you have to set a speacial driver and all... Just a thought.

It shouldn''t be the fault of the Voodoo3, I was quite happy with mine until I bought a new card (And I only replaced it so I could write and test OpenGL code that used the stencil buffer)
It sounds like an OpenGL program crashed and won''t give up it''s resources, or that you''ve a old or corrupted driver installed. Does the problem persist after a reboot? If not, then it''s the first, if so it''s likely the second.
The Voodoo3 does have a full openGL driver, and you shouldn''t need to download special drivers for it anymore.
get the last official drivers Here or look for some unofficial drivers now that 3dfx isn''t making new ones
Feel free to email me.
