Where do you go to see who rated you up?

I can't find that page/panel/section anywhere. Is there such a thing?

If there's a central location, I don't know about it, but you can click on the rating on individual posts and see the people who rated it up.

Nope, only seems to be available for mods.

Shouldn't that be a regular GD account ability?

If you're asking if that's by design, then it being limited to mods and GDNet+ is by design, which you can see as it is one of the features on the GDNet+ benefits page. If you're asking for the rationale behind the decision, I don't have an answer for you.
