Looking For Audio Scraps
( is this the correct forum ? ( the help wanted forum seams to be more toward those looking/offering for help on projects ) )
So as the title says, im looking for any unwanted snippets of audio that nobody wants( or woudn't mind giving for free ) for me to tweak.
in tweak i mean: pitch modulation, some distortion, modulation etc.
Thanks In Advance.
---edit---
this is mostly for experimenting and learning.

It's not really clear what your endgoals or intentions are here. Are you just looking for assets to practice tweaking just to learn? Or will these assets be used in a project? Why not just record your own foley with a mic and then you're practicing/learning both production and recording foley.
Thanks,
Nate

Yes.

ive done a little recording, but not sure what to try next.

Dont intend to, i could post a link to what i did with them if any body offers peices for me to experiment with.
Here are links to what ive done so far: hover engine start( WIP ), hover engine start_EDIT, hover engine, hover engine fade out, jet, jump, scratch1, whirldown.
what do you think of it ?
the hover engine sounds used: brown noise, modualtion and pitch bend.
the: scratch, jump, whirl down were done with the mic, mainly air movement or the mic being dropped on the table .
Thanks.

Have you tried playing with synthesis for sound-design? There's a great tool for this.
