I've been on these forums for a while, but this is my first time posting. Just thought I would say hello! I've been programming for just under a year, and am studying Computer Games Programming at Teesside University. It's been a really fun first year! I've made a few basic games, played around with C++ and Lua, am currently learning Java, and very briefly looked at HTML and CSS to create my website (though I really do suck at those last two!). I'll put the URL at the bottom.
It'd be great to meet some fellow programmers, or just games enthusiasts, so drop me a line if you'd like a chat!
Oh! I also have a question - I just started a twitter account and need some more interesting people to follow, preferably games development studios and/or programmers working at those studios. Of course, I want to follow indie developers too!

Hi Blaize!
Welcome. Please do post your URL; this is your intro post after all, the more we can get to know about your game development, the better.
My first impressions are that the navigation is clear, and it does a great job of showcasing your projects. My only suggestion would be to put the project page at the index, or also put the projects front and center, with an array of screenshots as links directly to the respective project pages. But really, that's not necessary.
From what I've seen, it looks like a great start!
I'm afraid I don't have the twitters- these newfangled social media are beyond me- but it's great to meet you anyway!

Thanks for the replies, I checked on twitter and started following a host of people that @gdevnet are following, they seem interesting :]
Thanks for the comments about the website, though did you guess what game it is based off of? I do intend to do that with the project page at some point, but it was only a month or so ago that I only had 1 project on there Do you really think the project page should be the index? Maybe you are right, I'm just not sure.
I got twitter like yesterday and it's actually quite good, if you follow the right people, I would recommend it. Also, I shall edit the first post to put in a link to my site then :]
