I ran across a couple videos the other day from some of the writers/creators/programmers of Borderlands 1 and 2. They are interviews that talk about the various ideas, changes, bumps in the road that happened during the development of the game. I thought they were really interesting and gave a cool inside look at what goes on during the various stages of a game. Are there more videos like this for other pretty big named games? I'd like to watch some more if there are.

Gameproducer.net has some good post-mortems but it's mostly casual games.

Are there any others that have mostly video interviews? Those sites are nice and I'll definitely look through them, but videos would be even better.
