I watched a keynote at least a couple months ago from I believe an open source conference, where someone was speaking about streamlining UIs for the user experience. The only example I can remember is that he brought up the amazon 1 click ordering and how the developers all wanted confirmation popups.

I also remember that his powerpoint presentation didn't work, so he did the whole presentation without it. Does anybody know who/when/where this was and where I can find it?
