First, I apologize if this is not the appropriate forum for this question, but I didn't know where to post it so here it is. I was asked to do a presentation on game development. I have a general idea on how it's done, but I would like to hear from someone who has worked on a real project. Although the presentation will be based on development, I was instructed to include all other aspects of game production (economic, artistic and other). The form of answer I'm hoping for is something like: "General idea" -> "Storyboard" -> "Detailed analyses" -> "Development" -> "Testing" -> "Marketing" -> "Distribution" ..... Also any details are very welcome, and if you know some useful link's covering this topic please share.
