This isn't exactly GL related, but its hurting my programming big time. I rescently upgraded my system from a P3-667, 128mg pc133, 16mg TNT. I upgraded the video card to a voodoo 5(yeah I know, 3dfx sucks, but its much better than the TNT, and it was dirt cheap). My computer now freezes every 15 - 30 min of use, and not like intense gaming, but ANY use. Quake 3 is the only thing that doesn't freeze. (Wierd, huh ?) I'm flat out dumfounded. I have no idea whats going on. The voodoo 5 works fine, I tested it on other computers. I dusted out the inside of mine the other day, cleaned all the ram contacts, and such, and still no improvement. Any ideas/suggestions would be much appriciated.
