Hi Guys,
I find it hard keeping track of everything I have to do during the day without writing it down somewhere. Do any of you use an app to keep track of tasks that you would get during the day? My memory isn't the best :\
Staying Productive
I use Task Coach. For longer-term items, I can set due dates which I of course completely ignore. "Do your taxes" has been in the "item overdue" red color for about a month. :/
notepad
Comrade, Listen! The Glorious Commonwealth's first Airship has been compromised! Who is the saboteur? Who can be saved? Uncover what the passengers are hiding and write the grisly conclusion of its final hours in an open-ended, player-driven adventure. Dziekujemy! -- Karaski: What Goes Up...
pencil & a notebook, this way I can do my thinking/planning in bed or outside etc
Im currently on my 4th notebook (since 2000), the other 3 are completely full. I try to cross 5 things off a day
Ditto for the pen and paper. I go through notepads quickly at work, and date items as I add them or cross them off. The dates are useful when performance evaluations come around every year, or at post-mortems and other big meetings.
The other big useful hint for productivity is to unplug yourself from the Internets. Hopefully you can do this with simple self control. If you need help, ask your IT person. If you need even more help get yourself some medical help, they have excellent non-computer programs to help with it.

Android's Task List, because I can easily divide task (work, home, hobby, study).
I use Thinking Space (mind mapping software for android) to plan thing out.
the good thing about this thing is that the reminder thing, for example one month from now i want to do x. if i were to use book, which previous pages it was in? but using automated todo, when the time came, it well tell me to do x. for those who prefer book, to each their own i guess.
i prefer productivity tools on always on mobile devices over pc, because sometimes it was switch off, sometimes i wasn't at the pc. what if i need to call someone at certain date, and at that time, i wasn't home. (maybe accidentally meet a friend at the restaurant). with mobile based devices : a) it always on b) it always with me. so i just could call that person.
last but not least, if you read the refer or outsource part of self development / task, at least you can call someone to do it for you.
