I'm on the leadership committee for a conference we're running in Hampton, VA this summer called the Mid Atlantic Developer Expo (MADExpo for short). The event will be June 30th - July 1st. The gist of the event is that it's two days of developer oriented topics (.NET, Ruby, Python, HTML5, etc). Additionally, we're hosting side sessions for those interested in Makers Faire type stuff, and also a Kids session that'll teach kids about everything from software development to robotics.

Everything is community run, and the committee and speakers are all volunteer.

One of my goals has been to try to get some Game Dev related talks into our mix, so this is an open invitation to the community here to submit talks. One of the benefits of speaking is that we'll give you a free pass to the conference. If you've ever been interested in speaking, I would definitely recommend submitting!
