I am creating a team and I am looking for someone to help me with the business side of it. Is there a good way to find someone that would have experience with game development. We are about to start a very advanced project and I am going to need some help running it.

No offence but while earning the necessary experience to handle a really advanced project didn't you meet people who could handle business/project management (that you might be able to work with)?

I have decided to have someone who has been working with me for a while to help me run the project.
