Pronouncing our Engines name

I propose we just get rid of that silly letter, W. After all, it's just one v after another. I mean I can easily read and understand words like "vvorld vvide vveb" or "volksvvagen" without resorting to a "special" character.

That would change your name into [vv]tech - germanic speakers could still say "ve tech" and others could say "ve-ve tech" - much less confusing.

In this day and age of global communication networks, we ought to sanitise our character systems so these kind of misunderstandings can be avoided. For example, in danish, beer is spelled "ØL", which is really confusing since it looks exactly like the value zero interpreted as a long.
It is I, the spectaculous Don Karnage! My bloodthirsty horde is on an intercept course with you. We will be shooting you and looting you in precisely... Ten minutes. Felicitations!

A good name doesn't come with pronunciation instructions. I suggest changing it.

This. The name should roll off your tongue without even thinking about it.

WyTech, or variants of, is probably better.

I read it as we-tech (maybe I could just see the wi at the end of the question) and it sounded fine. Double-u tech sounds ok too. Whatever its ment to be though I guess its better to have something unambiguous. I prefer wi-texh from double-u tech though.

We've talked a lot over that issue and came to the conclusion that the best solution is to simply pronounce it as it's written: double-u.
Thanks to everyone who convinced us that this doesn't sound so bad ;)

To everone who suggested to change the name: It's a bit late, indeed. All the screenshots, videos, tools called like it, and our 2 domain names would be "lost" then.

Thank you for all your ideas and suggestions!
