I'm trying to start an open source project but everytime I try to browse a project w/ "SVN browse" on the sourceforge site, it gives a "bad response from server" message. Then if I try to access through TortoiseSVN, it hangs for a long time. If I try to connect to the repository, it takes like 3-5 minutes and then TortoiseSVN becomes unresponsive. Then opening a folder for example is another 3-5 minutes.

I know it's called TortoiseSVN but wtf...is this normal? And why am I getting a bad response from the sourceforge site when I try to browse from there?
They hated on Jeezus, so you think I give a f***?!

Nope, definitely not normal.

SourceForge was hacked recently, and took SVN access down indefinitely for all users. Possibly it's still down?
