In OpenGl or DirectX(D3D interface)? K O T //Thanks in advance
I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for, but here's an article on generating terrain textures at
flipcode. There's actually quite a few good other tutorials on the flipcode tutorial page (here), including at least one other terrain texture generation tutorial.

also try a search for "procedural texture generation" at google and hotbot

I know for a fact that with enough patience you can find almost anything with a search engine, if your results are unsuccessful, try another search engine.

Feel free to email me.

There is one here http://nate.scuzzy.net/gltut/
If you''re into books, check out "Texturing and Modelling: A procedural Approach", by David S. Ebert, Kenton Musgrave, Ken Perlin, and a few others. It''s the only programming-type book I''ve ever bought, and it was worth every cent
