I am currently pursuing a degree in Architecture. One of my goals is to someday become a game designer. (I know, common goal, right? =P)
So I'm just wondering... Since having a degree is a good idea and Architecture deals with design... Could it work?
Maybe pursuing a degree in Game Design would have been the better choice, but I would like to have some flexibility with my degree, just in case GD doesn't work out.
Also, do you have any tips for what I can do while I am in school? Any good ways of getting experience?
Thank you!

1. Read FAQs 69 and 41 ("View Forum FAQ," above).
2. No, read FAQ 3.
3. Sure, that's fine.
4. Yes. Read FAQ 12.
5. Read my October 2006 IGDA Column (link in forum FAQ).
