So I have only one keyboard and I don't want to have to reconnect it every time when I swap from mac to pc.
I tried Synergy+ but it has some problem with the 2 button stuff like shift+something else so I need something different and something less lag-ish. Thanks!
One Keyboard One Mac One PC
I believe the usual trick is to use a KVM switch. I don't know of a software solution, sorry.

RDP.
Configure the Windows machine to act as a desktop server. Then fire up the Mac. Use Microsoft's remote desktop client for Mac.
Or a physical switch.

I use an Aten US221A switch. It's cheap and works well even when sharing a hubfull of USB devices, although switching does take several seconds.

Or, you know, buy a second keyboard. It's not like they are expensive. Probably cheaper than switch as well.

Thats interesting... Did you try this from both ends? It could be an issue with one system's setup over the other that makes sending the button presses not work. I've personally never had problems with synergy between windows/linux on my PC+netbook while sharing the PC keyboard to the netbook.
Never experienced lag or strange button press combos not working.
What type of keyboard do you have? Are you running some kind of keyboard macro-ing program? or something else that could be remapping keys on you?

Ah, I think you're missing the point of having 1 mouse/keyboard for 2+ computers. I wouldn't have to have a desk for each computer, and I don't want to have to move a mouse and keyboard out of the way when I switch. (And if you have them both off set, then you put yourself at risk for injury for having a poor layout. Not to mention the huge amount of space it would take up.)
