Does anyone know how much illuminate labs beast costs? I'm curious to see if it's affordable for my project.

I don't have any kind of definitive numbers but I've heard informally through the grapevine that the cost is comparable to, say, a couple Xbox 360 dev kits.

This is one of those things where I apply the saying; "if you have to ask, you can't afford it."

hey phantom, I can't say much on the issue, but since autodesk plan to include it with entertainment premium suite, it not going to be expensive - i think - since the price of the entertainment suite premium are still secret, AFAIK.

But since Autodesk keep slashing prices, and even Facerobot (which previously quite expensive) got included for free with softimage, and so is some new character studio replacement intergrated into MAX, i don't think it something that some people cannot afford.

it just that now autodesk acquired the company, they haven't give much new info on pricing, accesability just yet.
