Will they ever be able to share their experiences?
If so: ask them.
If not: it doesn't matter.

Aren't you guys tired of these useless philosophy stuff?
I can tell you: you won't find answers, Because there are no final answers. Especially if you do this useless thinking.

They might be able to share their experiences in the future through some means or "language" that we haven't invented yet. Is that okay with you now?

I mean, I'm all for dissing "useless thinking" when it really is useless, like wondering if we all live in the Matrix or something, things that don't affect us, but the deaf, blind and mute are real human beings, they live across the street; even if we don't reach any "answers", the mere attempt that we try to communicate our experiences despite the distances between us is immensely important. So yeah, you're completely, totally, utterly, 100% wrong. Sorry :P

When you say "ask them", are you suggesting that we perform our own official study and try to get published? That's not very gamedev related, but it seems like it would be interesting.

;)

Ask them in general. Not you, or gamedev. If the day comes, when they will be asked, we will know the (or at least some) answers. Until then, it's useless (IMHO) to think about these. It's like thinking about sex instead of doing it for the first time.

Okay, obviously I haven't read the thread, I'm just a troll.
