So late in the day, yet I see no happy threads about celebrating our independence.....maybe I missed them, but, Happy 4th to all of those in the States.....sorry for everyone else, I guess it is just our own holiday ;-)

Been thinkin'boutcha the entire day.

heh the sound outside of my house right now would send a Vietnam vet into a shock. It's a continuous sound of explosions and shells in all directions. It's been going on for like 6 hours. My cat is hiding under my brother's bed. It's litterally shaking my house. I think they launched a 12" shell.... To put this in perspective fireworks that go into the air are illegal in Michigan, but it's totally not enforced on the 4th. There's a fire/police department like 300 feet from my house :P
