What's new?

Oluseyi moved to Nigeria to set up his own wizard shop. About a month ago he popped in for the first time in a long time. He posted to the World Cup thread a few days ago.

Not much new with me. How about you? Your last post prior to this was in a discussion of the Watchmen movie back in March of 2009. That's a year and 4 months. Have you been sailing around the world? [grin]

I moved cities, battled dragons, and conquered half the population of China. Subsequently, they treat me as their God-emperor now.

Ha, I have had a remarkably... quiet, content existence heretofore. [smile] I own a little parcel delivery company, so I've gotten all into small business, blah blah. It's all good. [smile]

And it's funny about the date of my last post, because it feels more like 2 or 3 years and not just 1 and 1/3. *shrug* [smile]

Me? I moved back to the big city, I'm working as a programmer again. Got divorced (finally), already switched my job. Got beaten by 5 guys with crossbars and lived to tell you the story. Got laid with beautiful women and got drunk like if it was the end of the world.

Oh and I pushed a car away from a gas-station during a flood!

Now there's an interesting story idea. You basically take the plot of Dune, but set it in mythical ancient China, then proceed to collect your millions from Hollywood's content-starved audiences. You're welcome. [smile]
