I was perusing teh interwebs a minute ago and can across this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mexican_standoff Ok, short but accurate. But at the bottom it says Related Article: Polish Parliment. Are they just really bad at debating and admitting defeat? Explanation please.

Can an admin delete this please? I didn't actualy click on the link but went back to it and it meant Polish Parliment as an expression, not the actual thing.
