A:
It’s an interesting looking model and design. Like others have said the metal looks more like flat plastic and would look nicer with a more tarnished metallic look, or maybe anodized aluminium finish.
Also the creatures body is a bit distorted the arms are stumpy compared to the size of its torso suggesting limited mobility and reach with its front legs. The mechanical legs don’t really look like they are fit for any specific purpose. They might look better if they appeared grafted on to the creature’s body rather then replacement limbs Also the tusks don’t appear to serve any purpose.
B:
My first impression is that of a slow overweight dog.
Based on the short flat head and thick body and lack of obvious weapons. I would imagine this creature attacks by ramming into its enemy. That said if it’s going to ram opponents it could do with a bone plate on its head, and longer limbs to make look faster.
C:
Depends on the gameplay associated with the creature.
D:
Make the cybernetics look grafted on. Move the tusks to the sides of the head and have them face forward instead of down. Lengthen the limbs or shorten the torso. Maybe so spinal ridges on the back.

thank you everbody for the replies so far, very helpful indeed.
Nearly everyone has questioned the hind legs and if they are grafted on for any particlar purpose, Before i designed this character i wrote a bio for it to understand it before i created it.
It's role will be essentially a police dog for the millitary, it basically runs in gores everybody in sight and gets out. The reason for the back legs being mechanical is that as you can imagine in a war running into an enemy bunker quite of they will be hit and mamed, they are then patched up in any way possible and sent back out. The live to fight.
I very much like the idea of armour/bone plates, that totally slipped my mind when i made it. I also like the idea of spine ridges on the back that would be really cool.
I will try and dirty up the metal and make it look a little less "Clean"
thanks for the advice so far, keep them coming!
also make sure to state if you would like to play as this character and why or why not?
cheers!

I would think that he would have more scars, if he needed metallic legs. Add some tears would help.
And back to the legs, I'd say it should have more pieces, like maybe a foot of should sort, with wires running up the leg, like tendons and muscles or whatnot.
As for playing, can't say with out know what he could do. Also, since you mention killing, I'd assume that he'll have to be able to attack like dash or something, maybe you can add some sort of boosters to it to show a sort of dash attack.
