Based on all of your posts on this site so far, I get the feeling that you don't really understand what you are asking. What exactly are you looking for? A list of specific instructions? General advice? You've been told your questions are too vague before, and you haven't addressed that yet.

A quick google search ("how to design a game") turned up this link:

Also search for game design documents and game design document templates, and look through the reference section on this website.

Not to be harsh, but I was in the same "I wanna design a game" boat myself years ago. There's nothing wrong with designing games (or at least the art direction) in theory, as it can definitely be a fun way to spend some free time, but it sure does help to know your limitations. I discovered mine when I realized I couldn't program worth a damn. So perhaps the original question should be rephrased to "how should I go about writing my first computer game?"
You either believe that within your society more individuals are good than evil, and that by protecting the freedom of individuals within that society you will end up with a society that is as fair as possible, or you believe that within your society more individuals are evil than good, and that by limiting the freedom of individuals within that society you will end up with a society that is as fair as possible.

quick note: The manga in perticular is Soul Eater.
I thought about using a premade character from the manga for the player to play as, but I dumped that idea with the idea of allowing the player to make their own custom character who went through similar missions, met the same people(as well as Maka and Soul from the manga), and, inevetably, fight Asura(a kishen) with Maka and group. For more information about the manga, go to http://www.onemanga.com/Soul_Eater/

The manga does have a lot of elements in it, but the manga isn't even complete yet, forcing me to come up with an ending to my game. Also I need to know which exsisting elements to include and also I need to figure out what the remaining elements are going to be. Does anyone even understand a single word I'm saying???

Probably not. What exactly do you want us to tell you? Are you looking for someone here to tell you how your game should play? Because that's not really how it works. It's your game, you should be telling us your ideas, and we can critique them. It's highly unlikely anybody is just going to design the game for you.

Also, what is your end goal here? Do you actually want to make the game, or just design it?

Have you looked at the three Soul Eater video games in Japan for ideas?
There is a point that that I should be posting my own ideas. I'll keep that in mind. Also, of the 3 Soul Eater games, I can only play one of them. BTW, the current TC(Title Canidate) is Soul Eater: Rise of the Kishen.

I'll try to start posting my ideas.

1. the manga isn't even complete yet,
2. forcing me to come up with an ending to my game.
4. Does anyone even understand a single word I'm saying???

1. Sounds like the new movie Kick-Ass. The movie was made while the first comic was still being written.
2. So? You should come up with a new ending anyway! Why are you thinking your game has to mirror a comic book's story in every detail?
4. We understand every word. It's the thoughts behind them that we're not following.

The thing is, I want the storyline to be similar to the original manga. 1: That will make writing the storyline much easier. 2: My problem is that for some reason, my imagination hasn't been doing what I want it to do. Any ideas on how to help me with this problem? I will try to do my best to write my own story ending though.

So you're saying you're having trouble being original and creative. Kinda figured that. I recommend you read "A Whack on the Side of the Head," by Roger Von Oech. http://www.sloperama.com/advice/lesson8.htm

I have three things to say:

1. Why do you have your own web domain name?
2. Why didn't you use your lessons to make a book and a profit?
3. Thank you for the info.

1. Why not?
2. No publisher has given me a deal yet.
3. You're welcome.
