You did never do any professional development, did you ? IMO you should look for a team - a good team - and try to develop a good game with your idea. But you shouldn't begin with the goal to create the best game ever, I'm sure it'll never be finished. Better see it realistic, try to create a good game and finish it. Finishing it is the most important thing, and if it's a good game, great.
