Lesson 46 Multisampling - Delphi code not working properly?

Hi im making antialiasing in my app with multisampling. When I run source code for Delphi multisampling is not working, lines are jagged. When I run other examples for cpp-dev, etc. they are good. Whats going on? Delphi example has some kind of error? I cannot find it? please help :(
