Update: I got it ------------------------------------- Hello there, I recently seized the opportunity to for a few bucks get a used copy of the old book "Tricks of the Game Programming Gurus" (1994, for MS DOS stuff) by André LaMothe, for, guess what, nostalgic reasons ;-) It didn't have the CDROM in it. It's not *hugely* important for me to get that CD, but it would be really cool :-)
