If one can not attend main GDC?

So, if it is not possible to attend the main GDC in SF this year, which other GDC would you say is second best? Europe, Canada or China?

I heard they were all good last year. Europe will be more "core" like the main GDC - Asia will probably lean a lot more towards online stuff given their audiences. Canada will likely be a nice mix of both.
