Also, "There is always the single player campaign." No luck finding the OP on that one though. It was probably deleted, is was quite distasteful (but very funny in an I'm going to hell kinda way).

I believe that one comes from bash.org, not gamedev.

Link: http://www.bash.org/?446931

There's a reason the usernames on that page are the same as the ones in the gamedev thread.

I remember that thread. That quote is comedy gold on it's purest. lol
[size="2"]I like the Walrus best.
I've kept THIS THREAD for years, I was going to be funny and reply to it someday. Then they implemented thread retiring.

I also kept this, for some reason:

Quote: Once upon your fungus there hid seven alcoholic ergot who jugs went up to their Gamedev's favorite vodka Phallus store. Inebreated. There couldn't have any decapitated fangorious primativorous pie! So because what transpired surpassed calculus II with: <image of calculus> ttttttttttttthrrrrrrrrrp Monkey fur became donkey man by abacinating (the hell?!) beast! However MindWipe loves beer enough to sell his family to get more buttsechs with a smooth juicy watermelon actualy that's LIE!!! It is syrupy tasting. The man who died. THE END

Fortunately, I have over 15,000 ideas in my head right now!

Ooh - I remember reading the CAR compression thread and going blank because I couldn't figure out how loud to laugh. Also, since I was away from GD for a good while I never really knew what happened to nes8bit and Pouya.

This place has (been) toned down a lot, though. Back in the days there was constant bollocks being posted here and even Dave chipped in every now and then. I remember even writing a game where you had to kill GD member avatars created by Salsa by clicking on them. Ah, good old days when time was aplenty...

It is funny that people to this day didn't catch on that Pouya == nes8bit.

Jeeze.
