Creating a Sudoku Game

Hi guys, I have created a sudoku game and I want to have a go at selling it. This could be a good learning experience in its own right. Are there likely to be any legal problems with selling this game? As far as I can tell, sudoku puzzles are either prior art or mathematical because they are just a subclass of Latin Squares. Is there a problem with calling the game "MyCompanyName Sudoku"? Once I am happy with this process I will be looking to publish more advanced games. This just seems like a nice little opportunity. I would be interested in your inputs!

I can't tell you if there's a problem with that, but I can tell you that that's exactly what we decided to do when I produced a Sudoku game at Yahoo a few years ago (we decided to call it "Yahoo Games Sudoku").
You should discuss the title with your lawyer, of course.
