Health Warning Notice

Hi, I am after a generic health warning that I can print in my user documentation. Ideally just a warning that states: - Take sensible breaks. - Don't play if your feeling drowsy or fatigued. - etc. Are there any warnings that are available free of charge? Many thanks, Lea Hayes
Is this for legal compliance in your country/state? If so, check to law to see what you need to include.

If it's not a legal mandate use common sense and make it clear that the statements have not be reviewed by a medical professional.

I am not sure, but I wanted to include one.


I have been looking through the instruction booklets of several video games that I have on my shelf. I have noticed that a lot of them include the same health statement.

X-Box 360: Gears of War (Epic Games)
PC: Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (Activision)
