Free game music?

Hello all, Is there any where at all that offers free music created by people as long as credit is given? Me and a friend are getting along on a game of ours however we are missing the music factor. We can get along with sound fx all right our selves and have done ok in this department so far, but there is no way that we are music producers as we are programmers to begin with. We found places that offer remixes of music from other games however this isn't exactly what we're looking for... any guidance here is much appreciated. Jared
Grounds of New.

They offer original music there under a CCL (Creative Commons License). This means you are free to use the music for non-commercial endeavours as long as:

1. You do not claim it as your own.

2. You credit the artist when necessary.

Obviously it's impossible to do 2 and not 1, but it is possible to do 1 and not 2.

Contact with the artist is required to modify the works you download in any way.

Good luck on finding something!
