dance grenade

Why hasn't there been an FPS where you get Dance grenades? The idea being the enemies near the grenade would dance uncontrollably. It would be really funny. Do you agree? Make it happen please!
Sounds like something you'd find in Armed and Dangerous. Or if not that, in Worms.

It has a Groovitron disco ball. They dance away.

Not an FPS, but World of Warcraft have a flute that makes all nearby (friendly) players dance.
