Why my w2k can't connect the net?

Hi, you guys, previously i got my computer installed Win98, when i choose the WinLogon, it can connect the internet, as in W2K, i use the wizard to connect the internet, but it just connect, no response when i start ie, i just can''t do anything? what is the problem? Bao Jia
