How can I import a .3ds.bin file in Blender? I tried the .3ds importer and it wouldn't work. And if there isn't a way. What program will work?
I really need help on this soon otherwise my project will be ruined.

Where did you get the file from? I'm guessing .3ds.bin is some kind of compressed 3ds file and if so you need to uncompress it but .bin is used for a few different file types like cd images or older generic archives.
Well I'm trying to modify some media files in CosmoRaketti from on Wiibrew.org.
The .3ds model files in there are .3ds.bin.
Has anyone even heard of .3ds.bin?
You could ask the author?

That said, it might well be his intention that you can't easily rip his art.
