Template for what? Your subject line suggests that what you're looking for is a "template" for an End User License Agreement (EULA).

What kind of license? What's your native language? To find posts on EULAs, you probably need to select the dropdown menu atop the forum and select Show Posts From Past 100 Days (or Year) then page back to see them. Lots of posts about EULAs (don't just look for the term "license" if what you're looking for is info on EULAs).
If you don't want info on EULAs then what kind of license are you talking about?
