Difference between Dynamic Scripting and Reinforcement Learning

Hello all, I'd like to know what's the differences between Dynamic Scripting and Reinforcement Learning and when it's preferred to be used Thanks in advance :)
RL is much more general. In fact it's so general that you can't really compare it as a whole, but you'd pick out specific methods / representations and compare those. For instance, DS includes a form of RL.

A more interesting comparison is between Dynamic Scripting and Classifier Systems (e.g. Wilson's XCS) which seems to be a predecessor of DS -- though the DS authors do not seems aware of this technique.
