Do most publishers pay % from benefit from my game in USA?
I'm asking becouse in Poland it's not practise and publishers pay in one transfer
How do you know practice in Poland? It is here as in any other place in the world, game studios hire programmers to make the product. Play is a small publisher that in fact buys small games form independent teams and that is all.
It isn't the same everywhere. There are publishers that give you a percentage from each sale. There are companies that pay one lump sum. There are companies that pay based on what tier the game hits in the number of sales within a set number of days... it is all dependent on what company you choose.
I would recommend using a service that pays you a percentage of each sale, particularly a digital distribution service like Steam. You'll get a lot of more attention for your work that way, which can lead to more money and opportunity in the future.
